BTW guys,my ticket I sent worked. I asked them to remove to plugins and they did. Also, now you can do that yourself on the new plugins page

Will you please please add the pocket money plugin but other than that it is great got my server made in 10 mins when I did not get an up or port I emailed and the gave me a new password my account got hacked and they told me some advice for security and I figured out how to get my server back the customer service is amazing and fast I don't know what others mean by the service is slow the control panel is easy to use I love the price and the plugins especially the simpleworlds plugin it is so easy to use anything on the control panel you should have a way to control the banned ips so if your ip is banned by hackers you can undo it but other than that I love the service

How do we add plugins? Do we select them and tell u what to put on the server or do we use an account or what?
Adding plugins is easy! All you do is login to http://hosting.potpotsie.com and go to the plugins section. If you want a plugin that isn't available there, simply request that the plugin be added and it will be added for ALL potpotsie server owners!

I have had a server for about a month now and must I say. It was quite a month. Me and potpotsie servers started of on the wrong foot 24 hour dilivery time well for me it was unfoutanitly 3 days! Now don't get me wrong this doesn't mean it will happen to you just giving out my review :D. Once I got my server I was excited it was fun and found it super simple to install plugins and just getting started it was a breeze! When I had trouble with my server support was there (Alfred :D). However the wait time for the server to restart after installing a plugin was about 3min trust me I didn't mind you won't either. After having my server set up it was fun and safe for a couple of days until I got greifed however this time it took a day to get a response I didn't mind (at least I got a response) after getting everything patched up and fixed I got some multiple problems with my worlds I wanted to upload new ones or wanted to request a plugin! But this time however it was a 59/50 chance staff would respond and it was fresturating when you can't play and have fun because you can't play on the world you wanted and you can't get support for 4 days via email, twitter , or even the support page! Twitter is ussaly the best for me however it always came down to 50/50 chance of a response however this was the least of my problems one day I was in chat with a staff on twitter they told me they were on lunch break and they would get back to me when they were done I don't know about you guys but I have never been eating lunch for two days straight! But don't get me wrong potpotsie servers are great they are lag free and seem to always be online however Other than the fact I'm out of money the lach of coustmer support is probly why I'll stop my subscription at the end of this month they had something bright going at the begging but as the month proggreses I found my self spending more time trying to set up my server (uploading maps) than actually playing on it if your the Pearson like me who really likes to coustmize there server with maps this is probly not your best choice (all of this is from my unfoutanate experience your experience may be better)

Hey mate! It can take up to 24hrs for the system to fill your order, and seeing how this was on April 6th, I'm sure you have your server by now xD

I hope that we have resolved all of the issues with the customer support system There was a small period of time where there was some issue with it, but I believe we have it all corrected now! (with exception to Twitter support, we are still working on that) so the 24hr reply from customer support is going quite smoothly! I'm glad you've enjoyed the server! They are the most lag free options
Absolutely!! You can change your gamemode at ANY time, with the simple use of this command:
/gamemode username creative
(That changes you into creative mode)
OR
/gamemode username survival
(That changes you into survival mode)
It's a very easy switch
