Whoever is thinking about getting hosting service from Potpotsie Hosting, DO NOT. I should have paid more attention to the others who mentioned about refund problems and lack of response on their part. I had changed my mind after 6 hours of signing up and sent in a request to cancel the service. I assume this wouldn't be a problem since the service was not setup yet. The only response I've received was an email stating the service is ready 32 hours after signing up. So here's a summary of why to AVOID Potpotsie Hosting.
1. Lack of response to anything even multiple emails
2. Does not deliver within 24 hours - they mentioned it is sometimes even within hours LOL
3. Forget about trying to get a refund
Potpotsie has some really good videos out there but the hosting is less to be desired. They appear to have a good service but it's only on the surface including their site for signing up. Personally, I think this is just a one person shop who is dropping the ball on multiple fronts. I can't comment on the actual service itself but if the refund is this bad, I'll rather not put myself through the torture.
P.s. I don't normally post (1st one ever) about my experience but wanted to warn others. I'm still in the process of getting a refund which has taken over 1 week already.
All the other MCPE server hosts have about the same to offer.

Hey mate! Our control panel is 100% custom made from the ground up, and offers easy one tap install for plugins. All other providers require a computer with FTP access and controls, usually with an annoying process to install plugins xD Overall the service was built to be as simple as possible! As far as the 200 slots goes, you'll need to contact me privately for more info on any slot amount above 40 (which 200 is obviously above 200 LOL)

Will you please please add the pocket money plugin but other than that it is great got my server made in 10 mins when I did not get an up or port I emailed and the gave me a new password my account got hacked and they told me some advice for security and I figured out how to get my server back the customer service is amazing and fast I don't know what others mean by the service is slow the control panel is easy to use I love the price and the plugins especially the simpleworlds plugin it is so easy to use anything on the control panel you should have a way to control the banned ips so if your ip is banned by hackers you can undo it but other than that I love the service
Hey can u help i made a server and its just really glitchy im not sure how to fix it ive looked over the server properties and other things but is just weird for example i made an axe and put it in my hot bar and used it but there was nothing in my hand!! Im just not sure what to do!!
for a start that happens to some people just put it back in your hot bar and continue to use
I have a question about the servers. Lets say that I have bought a server on one of my devices, but then I want to have a server on another device. Would I have to pay the fee again, or would I just have to sign into my Paypal account on the device I want the server on? Thank you for the hard work!
Hey mate! Sorry for the late reply! That's actually a really good question So when you buy a server, the server is hosted on my hardware. Which means that you can use as many devices as you want to connect to it! You only have to pay for it with one account You can even sign in using the same username on TWO separate devices! Does that make sense? If not let me know, I can clarify!
How do I get plugins that are not listed on your list
It's easy! We have a simple fast approval system to make it easy and clean for everyone! For example, if you read about a plugin you want, you just let us know and we check into it and make sure it won't cause any server crashes etc. If it's all good, we approve and that plugin is now available and installable to ALL potpotsie hosted servers, by checking one box!
Considering his username is potpotsie and his website is potpotsie.com and the hosting files are on a subdomain, this seems fishy in what way?
