No need to worry! The system can take a few hours to process Just be sure to check on your Paypal email address! Then again by now you've probably figured this out huh LOL

I just have one suggestion. PLEASE add lockable chests plugin, and maybe mute plugin.

Well after looking at their post, I can tell you a couple of things off the bat. My service is cheaper (Due to the fact that I created it for the community) and refunds don't stop at 72hrs. We don't have a policy, because we are all for the Pocket Edition community! I am absolutely willing to work with billing orders We have amazing support, and great features! New features are always coming about, and not only that, all of the updates are 100% free!
There is no hidden fees, charges, updates to your payments. You simply pay $8.00 monthly (or whatever plan you choose) and everything else is included!
Also I do need to note that our system will be the only system ever to have a control panel 100% functional with a mobile device. The others require FTP access (requiring a PC or Mac) to download plugins and things. We started the first version, and within the coming weeks ALL plugins will be available and installable with any phone/tablet/computer! It will be totally optimized for mobile devices, because it is a mobile game

I just placed an order for a server last night. Havent received the email yet, but I'm sure i will. $8 for a server of 10 slots vs. realms subscription of $10 to $15 for 10 slots... Oh wait. Realms isnt out yet, so unless you want to set up your own pc as a server this is a brilliant idea.
Ok Potpotsie, I give up. I sent a request to your 'support' team for a refund. So much for quick turnaround on tech support. On the fourth day of no server or support I give up. Going to give Servercrate a try. Hopefully the tech support responds on the refund so I dont have to file a dispute with paypal. Perhaps its just my bad luck in all of this, but a quick email or response on the site from the tech people would have gone a long way.
I have a question about the servers. Lets say that I have bought a server on one of my devices, but then I want to have a server on another device. Would I have to pay the fee again, or would I just have to sign into my Paypal account on the device I want the server on? Thank you for the hard work!
