I have a few questions.

1. I have an existing world. Can i use my existing world on your new server?
2. Can i restart server on my own without contacting you guys?
3. can i ban players?
4. can i make my server private?
5. i am looking for a 10 -15 players server..which plan should i go with?
6. can i backup & restore my world ?

Yes. You are welcome to import your existing world onto your new server. :smile.gif:

2. Can i restart server on my own without contacting you guys?

Yes. You can stop, start and restart your server via our control panel.

3. can i ban players?

Yes. you can ban player via our control panel . control panel > ban players

4. can i make my server private?

Yes. Control panel > General setting > set your server to private.

5. i am looking for a 10 -15 players server..which plan should i go with?

Our 10 players @ 640MB RAM is $14/mo. It is a good start.
Or
Go with 15 players @ 1GB RAM for $35/mo. Decent amount of space for you to grow.

6. can i backup & restore my world ?

Yes. you can backup & restore easily via our control panel.

I've purchased a server from you guys and its been around a few days. Everything works great so far. Got my own world uploaded by their staff and all. Played a few games with my friends and there's little to no lag.


However, I thought I will be given a free Mumble server when I purchased my server?

Literally just got a message from you guys on that mumble server in a minute. Thanks! : D

My review; I've ordered my server the other day and they got my server up on the same day. I can say that the servers are stable and so far there's no lag for me and my friends. Great price as well and really easy one click plugin install. Simple control panel to work with.

Hello,

your server should be ready by now.

MOcreatures isn't supported by bukkit.. it only works on vanilla minecraft..

You say no need to use ftp. Does that mean it's not offered? I've had extreme difficulty with my current host trying to get files uploaded, approved, and editable through their control panel, which would have been extremely simple through FTP.
