I bought a vps server it did not even work it was down the whole time it took them 2 days to respond and refund me i do not recommend this hosting company to anyone.
Bought a server and it came with 1.5.2 as default which is fine, but I can't switch the server jar to 1.6.2 and support is closed blah!

I also have another question, can you install custom server managers? For example, SpaceBukkit: http://spacebukkit.xereo.net/ or only McMyAdmin. Does this also come with a sub-domain and have free MySQL?

On our VPS plans we have an option during the checkout process where you can select to have McMyAdmin auto-install. By the time you receive your login details McMyAdmin should be up and running as long as the correct OS was chosen.
Are your slot numbers predefined (like, could I change them)? I wouldn't normally have it set higher than 20 on a 1GB server anyway, I'm just curious. Also, what are the actual differences between a budget plan and a regular plan, other than the lack of a dedicated IP on the budget plan?
By default the limits are pre-defined but you can submit a ticket and our support team will gladly raise the limit or set it so you can change it on your own.

Yes, after ordering you can reinstall the VPS with the option "Centos 6 - 64Bit - McMyAdmin 2"
I use to use his host i canceled because they are extremely show replying when there is a problem rate 1/10
