I am sorry you are having issues, but the best way to get support is to make a support ticket. Quickly looking at your server I do see it's crashing, and it's due to a memory issue:

That is correct! We wanted to get away from using the word "Minecraft" in our name since it's a trademark.

I tracked down the ticket you are referring to and it does look like we were not able to provide you with a backup you requested due to an issue that was out of our control. However I can assure you this was a one time thing, and has been already fixed as you might already know since you have requested numerous other backups after that and they were delivered as requested in a very timely manner

I am sorry to hear that! Our CTO did tell me we had a small DB issue, but it has been resolved almost right away.
