I'm thinking about getting a server from you guys, but how come this provider isnt approved like the other ones?
I currently own one right now but the hoster that I pay is providing such low rams. and your offer is way more mouthwatering.

Wonderful customer service, a decent list of prices and features, and since I'm a player in Asia, I have experienced much less lag so far than when I used brohoster. My friend ordered Chicken for our small group of friends.Thank you for the quality service.

Just bought a Cow Package server, setting it up now. Love that the game console is available from the site, the File Manager as exepcted. Everything is great!
Only flaw i would say is the control panel looks a bit messy coz of all the large icons. maybe simplify it a bit more make it a little more tidier. But I guess its just younger generations like myself like small neat control panels. Also file manager only allows you to have 8mb limit? what if my map world is 25mb how am I going to upload it. or did I get that wrong?
But other than that. For the price paid, for the service given. I'm loving it.
Hope you guys get the Qualified as approved server host soon.

And as for the limit, only the file manager as the 8MB limit, but you can upload a larger file through the use of an FTP client such as FileZilla :smile.gif:. If you check the knowledge base on our site, there are detailed instructions on how to use FileZilla to connect to your server if you've never used it before.
@ Adreneline895 - What are you using to try to edit it with? Please send us a ticket regarding the issue since we support is more of a priority for us so we respond to support tickets way faster than the forums :smile.gif:.

Was having trouble with my plugin and justin just went in there and looked and helped me out. So free bumb for great service and Because you guys are on FIRE! XD

Wow these guys are amazing! I definitely recommend them.
I signed up just today with the cow package and my experience with them has been nothing but perfect.
There customer support is phenomenal. They are friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I sent a ticket asking for a free Mumble Voice server. 10 minutes later. What do you know? A mumble server all set up! I sent another ticket an hour later asking for a MySQL Database for Iconomy. 15 minutes later I got a response saying MySQL was set-up.
Despite them being quite new, I have not encountered any issues with my server. It was set up instantly and I was quite happy with the results. Their prices are amazing. I'm still not sure how they make money when there this cheap.
My server has no lag and the control panel is simple and efficient. They make sure everything you do is easy.
If your looking for a server host, I can't imagine anyone better than these guys!

Hi!
I heard you had your questions answered over the chat :biggrin.gif:.
Just to re-state, the backups are automatically done every 24 hours around the same time. We back up all the files to a different server on the network, so if something were to happen to your server, we can roll it back to the last 24 hours - no problem :smile.gif:. You don't need to worry about the room for backups because our backup server space is in the terabytes :biggrin.gif:. And with the control panel, you can save your world / restart server whenever you want!

Thinking of switching over from Multiplay. The Clanforge panel is just to limiting and such a damn hassle. This company looks to fit what i want pretty well, and the post's about it seem promising. Im going to wait a little longer for various reason's, but i have a question, are the coupons only for the first month or every subsequent month?

Zach is correct and the coupon codes last the life of your subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime while keeping the coupon codes that were given at your time of order as long as you are a member :smile.gif:. So if you upgrade from Chicken to Sheep, you get to keep the 20%, etc. Hope this helps!
