Hello thanks for considering us right,

The servers setup instantly after payment and then if you would like bukkit installed it can be done in 10 seconds usually. If you order I will do that for you no problem.

To upload plugins I do not know as it depends on how many you have, you get FTP access and the speeds of the uploads are pretty fast so I shouldn't think that long. Unfortunately theres no preset plugins added as we prefer our clients to make that choice. If you open a ticket telling us what you want we'll install them as fast as we can.

Gotta ask before i buy , is the price strict and can't be lowered a bit with a special discount if i come to live chat or something?

The only promotion we have on at the moment is 15% off 1GB, sorry there are no other promotions on. We also do not have live chat as when we get a ticket requesting a problem to be solved we just join your server.

Please explain how you cannot connect to my site maybe you forgot your password in which case I can reset it for you.

When i type the correct details it says incorrect. When i enter my email to reset my password it says no such account with that email.
When i try to connect i get the message : Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out.

Hello your issue is now resolved on both sides you just tried to connect with the wrong email address and your server just needed a restart.

Hello,

All of your details are found in 'my services' in our client area on our site. There is a login button for you in 'my services' too that will take you to your server which has been setup. Your IP of the server is also there and you use our IPs not your home one or anything like that.

Please open a support ticket if you need any further help.

I figuired that eventually lol


But we have had it for 5 minutes, when me and my friend are connected at the same time we both get kicked and this is in console:

I fixed it, These guys are epic. I reccomend them to anybody whos looking for a decent minecraft server host. Theres no lag at all :biggrin.gif: Will probably upgrade soon enough
