I registered, paid via paypal, and then was directed to a page stating I'd yet to pay (this, keep in mind was being redirected back from paypal after purchase.....) I then opened a support ticket asking them if I'd get an email with my server details, or my login info, anything. I've yet to get a response (20 hours ago)...I'm going to request a refund if I don't hear back within a few hours.. Additionally none of their promo codes actually do anything (they show up when you enter them, but they don't deduct from the cost). I read a lot of the reviews here, and assumed this service to be decent. But so far ... not looking good......

I'm issuing a dispute with Paypal.
Don't bother with this host they're garbo

I'm sorry for your delay on a reply on the forums however rules state we can't provide support here. We have no open tickets like yours in billing or support so can you please PM your ticket ID for me to check it.

I want to setup MCPE server and so far tried 2 other hostings and runned into same issue:

While server was running and I was able to connect, it appeared as offline in the server list... Is this something your hosting suffer from as well?
