I think iron and gold are good:
Paper-bad cause of the farms
Feathers-are also bad cause they're basically lying on the floor (a chicken) and if someone finds a zombie mob spawner... See where i'm going?

Naw, i like being a farmer and a lieutenant and/or assassinator. Co-Leader is to much. I've tried to many times to lead a clan, and each time someone turned and wrecked the whole base. Lots of work + completely destroyed = not my style lol. Did it to many times to want to do it again.

My answer is maybe to no.
