I'm an old player, but I didn't really was focused into survival, now I want to play it, but I lack experience and I don't understand anything there, maybe there are some useful resources that would help me during the game?
Don't over think it.... just play - there's no need to rush to 'complete the game' and even making mistakes early on and not knowing exactly how to do stuff can lead you to some interesting places and experiences. If you look up too much info too soon, you'll be playing someone else's game rather than finding your own way.
When I started; I took a boat trip on the open ocean when it was raining, and got so lost I didn't make it back to my starter house for a number of months. I had no idea where I was in the world, so never broke a bed (so my respawn point was always local).
But of course when you come to using redstone, going to the Nether, or the End - then it's probably wise to look up info (or videos) on those things as you come to them as they are very dangerous places. Villager trading charts are very useful, and keeping a list of interesting places you visit or would like to come back to.
