Edit: Here are the criteria by which I am measuring seeds. My criteria are mushroom island within 500 blocks of spawn, all biomes within 3,000 blocks, mansion within 2,000 blocks, witch hut within 2,000 blocks, and all structures within 3,000 blocks. Anything else is a bonus. If a seed is missing something within the 3,000 block range, I will state what is missing.
Features: Behind spawn is an open skeleton dungeon in the hill. Closest village is a zombie village if you want to cure them. Finding the woodland mansion leads to more adventure and is close to stronghold under a village. If you head in a different direction, you could find a desert temple along a river with 2 desert villages on the other side, a trial chamber and mine under the river, and the eroded badlands in view behind the villages. With in view of the birch forest over a stronghold, you will find a stony peaks biome that forms a crown around a sparse forest.
Missing: Ice Spikes biome, and cold biomes are also too far. Wooded and Eroded Badlands are also pushing past my 3,000 block limit.
If you stand in the stone nook by the dock that forms a bridge over the river, you should be able to dig down to the stronghold and avoid the water. /tp -892 ~ 1492

Features: This is the map for those that prefer warm climates to cold. You will spawn in standing on water melons in a jungle by a river. You can quickly gather up water melons, pumpkins, coco beans, sugar cane, jungle wood, bamboo, oak, dark oak, and birch by spawn. Heading East along the river, you will find the 1st mansion with a trial chamber underneath. Continuing East you come across a plains village within sight of 2 pillager outpost. Continuing East along the river, you can find a savanna with a village, a mangrove swamp on a branch, and an ocean with 2 mushroom islands. If you explore along the coast of this ocean, you will eventually find a strip of taiga biome. If you took a different branch of the river, you will find a plains village amongst cherry trees. Under the village you will find a mine shaft and stronghold.
The 2nd mansion can eventually be found 2,100 block out following the river West through a mangrove swamp and 2 inland seas near the mouth of a river. Follow a different river on the 2nd inland sea and you will find a taiga biome out past where the mansion is located. You will have a good see the frozen peaks and cherry grove from here.
Missing: all the cold biomes within 3,000 blocks.

I am rejecting these seeds because they don't meet all my requirement for my ideal seed. In spite of this, I am sharing them because others might like them.
My criteria are mushroom island within 500 blocks of spawn, all biomes within 3,000 blocks, mansion within 2,000 blocks, witch hut within 2,000 blocks, and all structures within 3,000 blocks. Anything else is a bonus.
Features: This is a good seed for someone that likes mountains and elevated terrain. Several type of wood and resources can be had right by spawn. All biomes withing 3,000 blocks of spawn or 0 0. Almost every structure within 3,000 blocks. Two woodland mansions close by within the + or - 3,000 block squar, and a 3rd just beyond this range. This map has quite a few windswept, elevated and odd terrain generation that remind me of Beta terrain generation. Look for the face on the cliff under the badlands coast, and you will find an exposed mineshaft in its mouth.
Missing: There is no desert pyramid within 3,000 blocks. You have to go out 3,907 blocks according to locate command, but it is approximately 3,550 blocks on the X and about half that on the Z. Might be worth the journey for the view of elevated terrain.
Bedrock: According to Chunkbase Bedrock 1.21 will have pyramids in closest desert, but mansions are ridiculously far.

Spawn: Beach with plains and forest right behind you.
Features: 3 mansions are located in a line along the middle of the map. Their is a group of 2 huge and 3 medium mushroom islands stretching over 1,500 blocks diagonally across the frozen ocean to the open sea. The 2 huge islands are 1 mushroom fields biome with a neck submerged under water. Almost all structures and biomes within 3,000 blocks.
Missing: No savanna village exist withing 3,000 blocks. It is somewhat made up for by the large number of plains and desert villages. Few other types of villages exist. There are no stony peaks within 3,000 blocks of 0 0. The eroded badlands is just a speck.
Apparently, I need to post more without pictures and use smaller file formats when posting pictures. I just realized I keep getting an error uploading screen shots because of max upload limit based on my forum level.
