Hey Entriquit! The "Helper" role is the entry role for the staff team. As a helper, you would be playing survival with the community but will have the knowledge base to answer any questions and have the ability to escalate concerns or questions to moderators or admins! It's a pretty chill low stakes, low-commitment role. If you want some more involvement you could start higher like a moderator and help with ongoing projects like setting up arenas, configuring plugins in-game, and helping admins with any of their own projects. Every position is pretty chill and comes with no required commitment. We hope that if you decide you want part of the staff, and we think you're a good fit, you will want to stay with us because of the group atmosphere and comradery.
