I clicked on a level 30 enchantment, it costed 3 levels, 2 lapis (on switch) and I got a enchanted book with:

-Feather falling IV (4)

-Unbreaking III (3)

-Impaling V (5)

-Loyalty III (3)

-Power IV (4)

-Knockback II (2)

-Piercing IV (4)

I don't think this is normal, I enchanted something else and got power 2, so any ideas on how this happend would be apretiated.

(also what should i put it on?)

A few minutes later while fish ing i reeled in an enchanted bow (low durability) with:

-Unbreaking III (3)

-Flame I (1)

-Power III (3)

-Punch I (1)

-Curse of vanishing I (1)

-Infinity I (1)

I don't know how rare this is
