Hi im trying to summon a harming to arrow with a command block but idk how to, i seen a post abt tipped arrow for swiftness but replacing the "swiftness" with, harming or instant_damage dosent work
/summon Arrow ~ ~20 ~ {pickup:2,Potion:"minecraft:swiftness"}
