Specific language themed modpacks seem very rare for some reason.
Just wanted to let you know there is a German modpack with translations for popular Mods like Ad Astra, Graveyard, Biom's o Plenty, Bosses of Mass Destruction and all the YUNG's.
Those don't provide a translation themselves (or really outdated ones), this modpack seems to be the only source for updated German translations:
