I recently bought minecraft for nintendo switch and have been working on a survival server. My plan is to have more players on the server in which the server will have factions, a spawn, economy, real estate, pvp, parkour, and many other cool activities. This is pure minecraft survival on hard mode, achievements on, no creative or cheats involved. Im currently working on building the spawn right now so that players will naturally spawn in a player-created village with all your essential necessities. Being that the server is in the beginning stages right now, I am just looking for players that want to play on the server or help me build. Once the spawn is near completion, I will start adding the other components such as factions, pvp arena, economy, etc. The server is not on Realms right now but I can easily get the subscription if necessary. My main focus is just building the spawn right now.

Ideas as to what you can do on the server include building a secret base, building your own town/village, or any other cool creative ideas that you want to suggest to add into the spawn.
Lastly, I want to make clear that you cannot build in the spawn area unless it is for the spawn itself, otherwise you must take your own personal creations far far away from spawn. No griefing of any kind is allowed either. if you're just a regular player, i request that you go far far away from spawn as possible.
