I've never felt so old as I do writing this. I'm pretty good with work tech things, but this is a new world and I am totally stuck. Would be very grateful to anyone who can help me solve or even define/translate into Minecraft language what my problem is.
So.
My son (7) has Minecraft on his iPad. He has an online account, he can play online with his friends. We've managed to set all that up with Microsoft Family Account.
He got Minecraft for Switch for Christmas. I've got online Switch and we logged onto his Microsoft account. His profile/username was all there. But none of his worlds were. We selected sync old worlds and that didn't change anything.
What am I doing wrong? Are Realms part of the solution? Is there a solution?! He's put a lot of work into a particular world and would love to play it on Switch rather than starting a whole new thing on a new device.
