I personally do not hate the armadillo as an addition to the game, and I do not regret voting for it. I think it brings some well needed wildlife diversity for the savannah, and it could pave the way for that savannah update we were promised over five years ago. Since savannahs are essentially just plains biomes with an exclusive tree and llamas if you play on Bedrock edition. Which are now very common due to the Wandering Trader. Although, I find the brush implementation a little unbalanced, even with the massive durability usage. Since brushes are very easy to obtain.
As for Wolf Armour, I see it as a good addition to the game that makes bringing wolves hunting at night or defending in a raid easier and less likely for them to die, but it could use some improvements. At least in Java, it is strong enough to survive a point-blank explosion from Creepers and TNT, which I consider good. Since most wolf deaths from other mobs come from Creepers. I do not know why it does not allow for them to survive the same sources of damage on Bedrock. I hope that the armour can be improved in some way, whether with being able to upgrade it with Turtle Scales or Nuggets, or the ability to enchant it like player armour. Since Protection, Spikes, Feather Falling, Fire Resistance, and Blast Protection would all be very useful for man's best friend. I think the addition of this armour is to encourage players to bring their wolves to the trial chamber, since they seem to have an advantage or are equal to almost every mob that we have seen so far such as Strays and Baby Zombies.
