Hi - I've only played Minecraft before on the Wii U, which has a very limited world (one map).
So I've just gotten Minecraft for PS4, and on the PS4 Pro, I've gotten to the edge of my map (playing in Survival). When I go off the edge of the map, I don't see myself anymore, and it just shows my same old map without me on it. I know how to build a new map with paper, iron and redstone (need to go deep to get the redstone), but how should I go about doing new maps? Do I just need to travel a tiny bit past the bottom of my old map and then create a new map, and the maps will line up in a grid with very little overlap?
Any tips about mapping this larger world would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Also, how big is the world on PS4 Pro (or even just PS4)? If not unlimited, how big is it?
