Collaboration with others on the team

Intermediate or senior-level Spigot API experience.
Java developers with entry and mid-level experience.
Proficiency with IO (Flatfile, Databases, etc).
Knowledge of threading and async behavior.
Eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
๐ Web Designer
Efficient at CSS and CSS Libraries like Bootstrap
Creative at complete custom website designs
Ability to learn about the project and suggest designs based off our server design
๐จ Pixel Artist
Skilled in pixel art.
Ability to design and draw original characters
Ability to draw landscapes is a plus, but not required.
๐๏ธ 3D Modeler
Skilled with 3D Modeling software.
Willing to learn BlockBench.
Collaboration with game designers.
Experience with animating is a plus!

Collaborate with Game Designers to create quality builds.
Team player and leader when required.
Familiarity with WorldEdit, Arceon (optional), and other design tools.
Confidence in building various styles.

Using critical thinking skills, collaborate with game designers to establish region needs and themes.
Familiar with tools used for painting medium-large worlds.
A desire to grow as an artist and team collaborator.

Just as a devouch tbh, or not you can take it as you want, i joined the team and let me tell you it might be the best team you might join, good environment for learning new skills and technologies and have fun in general.
Sadly wasn't there for long as i got really busy with my life to commit to a "realistic expectations", i know that you want to move this project forward, but messaging me over and over about a "imaginary" deadline is not the best way, even if i told you before of my "realistic expectations", sadly i got removed with no messages to me just straight away removed, i would've loved to get "a goodbye" or something.
This server runs as a company, idk if its because of the owner background, but if you want to do it as your hobby, don't join the team.
Bottom line, is if you have nothing going on your life, and have time, join the team, as i said great experience, but if not even for a little bit, they won't accept waiting on you.

I believe there was a misunderstanding from our initial interview. During our discussions I mentioned we have a very flexible policy that respects team member's personal lives. That if for any reason someone is busy perusing other hobbies/activities that'll keep them away for any length of time, let us know and there's no issue. There's a level of importance with communication on any project that'll go anywhere, and I think that's where the gap here is. After I received some really rude and defensive messages from you, I understood you didn't intend to communicate effectively, then came across a thread you posted where you started looking for another project to join, and that's when we bumped you out. On my part though, I thought Discord's "Reason for Kick" was sent to you, so I apologies for that not being communicated directly.
I wish you luck in the future and wish no hard feelings.
If I need to, I can post screenshots of the messages I referred to earlier, and it'll very clearly defend my claims above.

Looking for volunteer digital artists, developers and Minecraft builders for an upcoming community server!
I've been a developer here for about two weeks, and Hysummit is an excellent learning environment. Unlike previous servers I've worked with, the owner doesn't just want plugins coded for him, he ensures we're improving our skills and fixing our bad habits. The server is run like a company, I think that is a good thing and makes Hysummit a more valuable experience than a lot of other servers.
As for reasons related to Fares' kick, I assume the owner will make a post clearing things up soon.
Hysummit truly believe that Hypixel has set a remarkable standard among all Minecraft Servers. But we firmly discourage "copying" from any server and we believe that every server should be respected for their unique ideas and hard work.
Hysummit belief that we should strive to create a community that fosters support, encouragement, and mutual respect. Instead of commenting like "cringe" or "that sounds like a ripoff of blabla" , we should focus on celebrating the diversity and ingenuity within the Minecraft server community.
i would love to be part of the team I have been staffing for 4y and I have not found a server in a long time that I have liked but I think this server will be the one. I dev a little on Minecraft but not a lot I have 1 year of deving in fiveM tho. cant wait to talk -discord 6swolfies
