I made a Random Block Placer with Autohotkey. There is no need for any MODS. It is a stand alone script that is customisable to place any block you have in your hotbar.
Each right click will choose a random block and place it for you. The more you choose the more random it gets. If you want to give it a go link is below. I have also put a link to the video so you can have a look also.
Just tested this last night for a comment on youtube. I opened up a fresh 1.16.5 and it was all working fine. Has it stopped working for you or was this your first time? Be sure to hit the "Create-Random" button to activate.

Still works in 1.21 years later ;).. Nice little program. You've probably tossed this long time ago, but just in case not, it would be cool if the program showed whether it was active or not.. (Now I've placed 3 similar blocks in a row. Have I rolled 3 equal numbers, or have I forgotten to activate it?)
Another fancy feature would be to be able to be able to adjust percent chance per slot, and possibly be able to switch between different sets of slots easily, but adjusting back and forth in program works just fine too.. Just a bit more work.

This doesn't work and i'm unsure why.... On 1.16.5 it's not working no matter what i do.
Maybe it stopped working on the latest versions?

So tried a whole bunch of things but realised that all i needed to do was "Run as Administrator" and it worked a charm <3 thank you very VERY much!
