In Minecrat I play fair. Cheating makes the gameplay less exciting and soon it becomes boring.
Normally I'd agree, but I don't build mob grinders or go out hunting for mobs very often, so XP is too precious to me to have it wasted on ****-poor enchantments.
Yes. They can sense me through walls. When I go away they fall down into water again and go to the crushing place. But also they stop spawning.
I searched through the abandoned mineshaft and have found about 7 more cave spider spawners, 2 zombie spawners and 1 skeleton one. None of them can be used as double xp farm.
I dropped the project. Will have to find another abandoned mineshaft. Not today though.
Good luck trying to find a double spawner. Took me a while to find mine I avoid looking in mineshafts for spawners because they seem to spawn so far apart.

Even with exp farms it's a pain to get what you want. Been trying to get fortune 3 for a while now so far I did 16 level 45+ enchants and didnt get it yet. Get so much junk from my exp farm trying to level up.
I started cave exploring.
Now you may think, "Started? You're obviously new."
No, I've been playing MInecraft for more than a year, possibly two. (Can't quite remember.) However, the thought of dying and losing anything seems terrible, and so I stay inside at night, even if it means sitting in a tiny dirt hole because I don't have a house yet, and avoid caves entirely. Recently, however, I noticed that many let's players I watch get excessive amounts of ores much more quickly than I do, and they all explore caves. So I explored a bit of a cave as well, and found around thirty iron in a matter of five minutes.
This is most likely going to change my playstyle, as well.

If your worried about dying you could make some iron armor to help you live.
Personally I don't even sleep inside my house I just sleep outside.
My boyfriend and I have started building a group of treehouses, where different trees house different rooms. It's quite fun, but we haven't been playing MC for more than a month or so, so everything still looks a bit rubbish.
Found a stronghold and end portal, proceeded to explore it. Fell out of the bottom of it into a ravine and was almost killed by a spider in the pitch black darkness. I think I have finally explored and lit up most of it.
Then I did some basement renovations on my 'house'
This is the storage room.
There are doorways leading out of the storage room on the east and west sides that look like what your see below. I will dig rooms out of them later to make an enchanting room and a potions room.
I've gone back to playing my World1, which has existed now for over a year (since Alpha 1.22 I think). Mainly I've been digging out my 5th branch mine, in which I recently drained an underground lava lake, getting 118 obsidian in the process. I then filled the cavern in with cobblestone as it was currently below where I was mining, and didn't want anything spawning inside it.
Everything I've been mining from the area has gone to my newest base, around 1500 blocks SE of my house. I started building a 3rd house there (the 2nd one is at my base 800 blocks W of my first house, and the castle east of there I don't count as a house), and then tore down the layers of bricks I had put down because I wanted more room for trees. So right now it is just a 3 level minecart station and workshop with wheat farm, chests, brewing area & enchantment table, with a roughly 50x50 wall 6 blocks high and 2 blocks thick all the way around it.
Shortly before getting the obsidian, I'm standing on that wall at nght and I see a skeleton on some sand that looked far enough away to be able to get the Sniper Duel achievement. So I start firing at him, using almost half a stack of arrows from my Power IV, Flame I blow, and one hits and kills him. I finally got it. Now all I need to get are When Pigs Fly and The End. The last one I will have to go back to my World2 to get.
I just finished construction of a two story library, but have no bookshelves to place in there yet. So I then doubled the output of my sugarcane farm, and am considering tripling it. Fun times.

Do you think what I just said was A-MAZING?
If so, click that pretty little arrow right over there.
I recently emerged from a cave system right near my main home with some cool stuff as well as discovering a second Zombie dungeon. Got some gold and a few stacks of iron and coal for my big project.

I made a gorgeous hotel with a fountain in the center. I made very fancy rooms with a beautiful veiw of my pine forest.... THEN I BLEW IT IN TO A BEDROCK CRATER!!!! MWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made a new world (just got back into minecraft) and made a treehouse in the jungle biome (haven't played since 1.8)Thinking of adding a 2nd story to it not sure yet. Found 4 diamonds and died by a creeper. Currently trying to get more cobblestone and coal so i can make stone brick.
My friend, fzero444, and I started a new Survival world. we made a house on the side of a mountain. Found plenty of coal and dark wood. Then, on the other side of the mountain, we found a be-a-utiful valley complete with huge mountains, a small lake, roses, trees, and a waterfall. We named it The Valley of Fried Chicken. Then, we lured a bunch of sheep and chicken in the middle of the night to the alley.Nevertheless, after about 3 deaths per person, we brought them to a clearing in the Valley. Ten minutes later and many swears, we finally got them into a pen.
Finally, we Did a little tap dance.

I live in a large forest biome and I haven't found any wolves for weeks. I am dissapoint.
They took 40 blocks. That’s as many as four tens. And that’s horrible.
