Sorry, mistake. Either way, I just don't see why ripping some sounds from the game would be so bad. You would need sounds from the game, as I highly doubt anyone could make a shout sound as good as the devs of Skyrim could.
Well for one thing, ripping sounds from the game and redistributing them is illegal under copyright law. For another, it would mean the mod violates our Forum Rules, so I'd have to remove it. A fact that she's no doubt aware of. Add to that the fact that Steel is a good enough person not to rip others off for her own benefit and you have a nice triumvirate of reasons not to steal audio from anyone.
As to whether or not anyone here could make as good of a shout... probably not. Professional audio engineers are hard to come by and even the equipment necessary to try is really expensive. It's not like you can just load software onto your laptop and be ready to go. Still, with a good library of royalty-free sounds, an amateur voice actor with a good voice, and a decent Youtuber mic for them to use someone could probably make something pretty decent with just low-cost tools and some freeware. Would it be amazing? No. But it'd still probably be better than Bethesda's track record of fixing bugs in their games.

Hmm, perhaps there's a royalty-free cache of Skyrim sounds. Either that, or get it from one of the millions of YouTube videos that are floating around the interwebs, as they've not been struck down for using Skyrim sound effects.
I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

Doubt it. Anything that is royalty-free & deals with Skyrim is clearly ripped from the game, which again is against copyright law.
Even if you get the sound from a YouTube video or not, it doesn't matter. The sound is still from the game & ripping the sound from the video would be still ripping it from the game.
No matter where or how you get it, the sound is from the game. So using the sound no matter how or where you got it is still breaking copyright law. She would have to get a license &/or written permission from the devs to use the sound, which I can tell you is not going to happen.
Looks to me as if "Tales of Elder Scrolls: Skyrim" would fit better due to the mod actually making the game more tuned towards The Elder Scrolls with Skyrim being the specification

Yes, I AM a Vampire. Nice of you to notice.
Why is that box so big? What do you mean I should stop breaking the fourth wall?
This is by far one of the most promising mods ever announced. I want it to be real. And I want to help.
If you still need a sound developer, I am your guy. It does not matter if it is a sword clash, drinking potion, a draugr scream, Fus Ro Dah!, or a dragon roar. Not professional, but still pretty good. Also, I know how to make textures, and I can help with ideas. The only thing I do not know how to do is coding. I freaking love The Elder Scrolls and Minecraft. We could also add Cyrodiil, Elsweyr and other provinces stuff.
Also, I want to suggest something. Can you make villages/cities from Tales of Skyrim compatible with Mincreaft Comes Alive? I do not know about coding-hardness level, but my idea is to have MCA villagers co-existing along ToS ones. Is that possible? It would be a nice idea to make dwarven machine mobs drops dwarven metal too. Just wondering.

Depending on what you actually want to have in this case, it can be anything.
If you mean "co exist" as in "both exist" in the same world but not in the same villages, then it is very possible. Even easy. Just launch the mods and done. The MCA villagers (should at least) only overwrite the vanilla ones. Any other "villagers" should be ignored by MCA.
Things like "MCA type villagers of Tales of Skyrim" would probably be out of the question. A no to be specific

Would some giant camps be added to the mod? Also legendary difficulty?
I doubt a legendary difficulty is anything that will make it.
The difficulty settings are something for the ", sans-serif">Video Game Skyrim. The literal game. Not Skyrim, the experience. Plus, what would it add to the mod? Stronger mobs? Just for the sake of it? Nope.

About helping with sound development, do you still need help?
You're welcome.
