Being in the UK, the prices are in US $, what's the actual price for a UK resident to buy a $5 or $10 (worked out about £3.50 or about £7.20 is this correct?)
What help is there in setting up a server, with modpacks and plugins (never done it myself and always played on servers rather than host), or is there a tutorial you can point me in the right direction to help me do it myself.
How long from ordering a server will it be to having it set up?
Apart from those concerns I'm quite interested.. But will wait til my answers are *ahem* answered!!

We offer payments in 3 currencies currently usd is our main this is due to payments we make alot of them in usd gbp and euro is also 2 other currencies
Upon ordering you can select your currency and it will automatically change it to the latest exchange rate as these update daily i cant give you an exact answer on the price as it would depend when you order the server
We are happy to help with setting up your server uploading any required files modpacks or jars and get it working accordingly
Your server is auto setup upon completed payment so it is setup straight away if you required us to upload files for you we generally would give you a time slot for us to do so typically it is within 12 hours but depending on how busy we are could be upto 24 hours if you have any other questions please do let me know
Do you have a test server or anything? I'm in the US so I don't know how connection would be to the UK where the servers are.

Currently we dont offer test servers due to abuse reasons this is something we stopped however we do provide an unconditional 7 day money back period where you will receive a full refund within the first 7 days if you are not happy
We also have alot of customers based in the us who have not complained about connection speeds the datacenter where our servers are located have multiple links with upstream providers more information on this is available if requested they have also just recently got telia as a 5th carrier

Hello. I have a server with you however it seems the services have been down. I've tried e-mailing you, but it seems I've lost contact. I can't connect to your website or the control panel. I've paid for a full year up front in which it doesn't expire until March. Please help.
Hello buildmyblock, some help, any help on getting my server back up before the holiday season would be nice, or at least a response on my tickets. Something, any thing. It's hard to grow a server when you've been down 50 percent this month. I don't know if Carl is still there or not, he was amazing and quick to respond.
so, I can't even request a cancellation and partial refund?
Are you lights out or something? I just want my server to come back up! My server was starting to grow and have a consistent player base when this happened! It's been down for most of the month? How long do you go on holiday!? I can't access my server or the FTP files so I can't even migrate to a different host!
