Seriously though. Replay the episodes.
1. Petra invites Jesse to a deal he has NO business with.
2. Petra and Jesse, especially Jesse, had that flirty smile as they fell from that bridge into the river.
3. Petra stays behind to hold off the Wither Storm for Jesse and his friends, causing her Wither Sickness / Amnesia and almost killing herself
4. No matter whether Jesse saves Petra or Gabriel, he cares much for Petra's well-being and survival nonetheless.
5. If Jesse saves Petra in Episode 1, in Episode 3 (I think) she reveals her Wither Sickness, a personal secret she didn't reveal to anyone else.
6. Petra helps Jesse obtain a stone sword and if Jesse trades it with the butcher, she gives him another golden one.
7. Jesse calls Petra his super-close friend.
8. Petra saves Jesse from a pack of zombies and a spider about to kill him.
9. Everyone mourned when Reuben died, though Petra actually talked to Jesse (I know Lukas also did), was physically the closest one to Jesse and the raw porkchop he held and even put her arm around him.
10. Petra helped Jesse fight mobs SO. MANY. TIMES.
11. Hardly anyone paid attention, but while building the dirt bridge to Sky City Jesse and Petra were seen building next to each other.
12. Jesse and Petra went to Milo's building club together.
13. Though the two aren't seen interacting as much as they do in the other episodes, Petra acts as Jesse's sidekick, police officer, and guard throughout the entire White Pumpkin investigation.
14. Petra had a friendly race with Jesse to the White Pumpkin's mansion.
15. She also had a crafting race with Jesse in the White Pumpkin's mansion.
16. For one of the very few times ever, Petra gets annoyed at Jesse in the Portal Hallway and thinks Jesse is bossy, but it soon resolves and they both apologize to each other.
17. For another very rare occurance to Petra, possibly the bravest character in the game, she steps back in fear when the PAMA-controlled citizens attack the gang of friends, and Jesse steps in front of her.
17. Jesse and Petra share a very touching look at each other before Petra's head gets stuffed in the chipping machine. Oh god that reminds me so much of the carbonite freezing scene in Star Wars...
18. Jesse tells Petra to "snap out of it" when she tries to attack him, showing his care for her.
19. Jesse and Ivor could have simply gone straight to finding the exit portal without Petra and Lukas, but they didn't.
20. If Jesse unchips Petra first, it is a very lovely thing to do, and she wants to share what she knew about PAMA even though it's literally been less than a minute since she got brought out of a extremely-head-hurting experience.
21. Even if he doesn't unchip Petra until the end, he cares for her survival after he completely unchips her and she blacks out.
22. Jesse is devastated and is angry to the extent of wanting to slice Neil with his diamond sword when she spleefs and kills Lukas and Petra/Ivor.
23. Even if Jesse saves Ivor instead of Petra, he cares deeply about bringing her and Lukas back from the quartz mines.
24. If Jesse saves Petra at the beginning, they race together against other competitors, which reminds me of the beginning of Episode 6 and is absolutely romantic in my opinion.
So all in all JETRA is the only possible sensible ship there is and Lukesse is just rubbish alright. No offense.

You know, saying "no offense" doesn't magically make a statement inoffensive. Calling someone's preferred pairing "rubbish" will never be polite.
You can't say that your ship is "right" or it's "the only one that actually makes sense." It's not really provable. It could just as easily be argued that the points you made prove what a great platonic friendship they have. There are other kinds of love besides romance.
Shipping and pairing are matters of opinion. This is so unless any romantic pairing between two characters is canonically confirmed. And as far as I've seen, not a single ship that people in the MCSM fandom throw around has been canonically confirmed (except that one Telltale developer agreed with a fan that Ivor and Harper "make a cute couple," but even then, that's still not definitive proof.) So you can't really say that X ship is "right" or Y ship is "wrong," (unless it's something really ridiculous or makes the fandom as a whole go "No, just no," like Ellegaard x The Witherstorm) just as you can't factually tell me that strawberry jam is "better" than grape jelly. Everyone has their reasons for liking a ship (or their favorite jelly flavor ) It's not fair to intrude on people's preferred pairing and tell them that it's "wrong" because you think so.
That supposedly flirty smile that Jesse makes could be interpreted as a slick, arrogant grin that says, "We're so cool, we just jumped off a bridge and escaped the googlies!" If my friend was being attacked by monsters, I would defend them because they're my friend and it would seriously suck if they died, with no romance figuring in whatsoever. I don't personally find running for your life through a lava-filled tunnel all that romantic. The look that Petra gives Jesse before getting chipped is one of terror, not love. I'm not rebutting your points per se, just informing that there are multiple interpretations, especially regarding the simplistic graphics of MCSM. The characters don't have a very wide range of expressions or animations.
I'm not saying any of this to disprove and/or invalidate Jetra; I'm saying it because I take I umbrage at that you would treat it as the only valid ship and call anyone who'd dare pair something else "not sensible." That sort of behavior is just plain rude and, quite frankly, arrogant. And I'm also not just saying this because I'm a Lukesse fan myself (Gal Jessie and Lukas! Love it! ); I'm offended that you would say such things about people who disagree with you in general. I mean, what about people who aren't even "rivals" with Jetra--are they "not sensible" either, even though they don't have any effect on your beloved OTP? And--this is an honest question--what do you hope to gain by your listing of points? I don't think a lot of people are going to convert to Jetra-ism after reading your list. Most likely, your fellow Jetra shippers are going to smile and nod at your points, while the others are just going to roll their eyes and continue shipping what they like. Or they'll hop up on a soapbox and gives you a verbal lambasting for what you said, like someone whose name starts with a "T" and ends with an "aigona."
Sorry for that, but it makes my blood boil when people act like their ship is "right" and criticize others for liking something different. Fans should be united about the things that they communally like in their fandom, not divided over something as silly as what fictional character should be romantically paired up with another fictional character.

Even though I ship Lukessie, I agree with you on that point. Telltale shouldn't force any ship into the game. That would be awful.

I don't personally find running for your life through a lava-filled tunnel all that romantic. The look that Petra gives Jesse before getting chipped is one of terror, not love. I'm not rebutting your points per se, just informing that there are multiple interpretations, especially regarding the simplistic graphics of MCSM. The characters don't have a very wide range of expressions or animations.
I'm not saying any of this to disprove and/or invalidate Jetra; I'm saying it because I take I umbrage at that you would treat it as the only valid ship and call anyone who'd dare pair something else "not sensible." That sort of behavior is just plain rude and, quite frankly, arrogant. And I'm also not just saying this because I'm a Lukesse fan myself (Gal Jessie and Lukas! Love it!
Sorry for that, but it makes my blood boil when people act like their ship is "right" and criticize others for liking something different. Fans should be united about the things that they communally like in their fandom, not divided over something as silly as what fictional character should be romantically paired up with another fictional character.

Also why do people ship Jetra or Lukesse? The ship won't happen because the fact that you can choose the gender of your Jesse .

Not necessarily. Lukas and Petra are likely the two most popular characters in the game, given how fans gush about them and draw all kinds of fanart for them. I'm assuming you meant "like" in a romantic sense, but I just wanted to point that out.
Even though I ship Lukessie, I agree with you on that point. Telltale shouldn't force any ship into the game. That would be awful.
Really, I just save the shipping for when I write fanfiction.
Did you know that a Telltale dev agreed with a fan that Harper and Ivor "make a cute couple?" (I don't remember where I saw it, but I think it was either Twitter or Tumblr.) I know that's not definite proof, far from a confirmation of Harvor, but it's still a promising sign...kinda-sorta. Yeah.
