You may have to use a FVTM version with a same or older release date than the pack (same with FCL and GEP).
There was various changes in FVTM which made more model formats compatible, but it broke compatibly with old packs.
For those who are having problems with THE PARTS. the mod is probably not for 1.12.2 yet its updated like it does. Plus FVTM probably isn't the cause
