Comands were confirmed at Minecon, so CS-Cordinates Showing, I really hope.
Kiori there should be a creeper dimension called Creeperlandia in 0.14.0 and i want redstone, horses, end and dual weilding make it more similar to the pc and console and hope its soon

I have no control over the updates sadly (I do not work for Mojang), but a dimension called Creeperlandia would be kinda scary, but fun at the same time.
yes but as a coder/modder i know it can only be done through texture packs and mods
If you open the txt-file that includes the settings (in the folder games/com.mojang/minecraftpe) it seems like the GUI is already moveable (without Mods), but I didn´t tested it.
Seems like 0.12.0 will be an awesome update according to _tomcc's latest tweets
