Use /tellraw for your command blocks
E.G
/tellraw @p {text:"You need power to use the radio station.",color:gold,italic:true}
It would come up as
You need power to use the radio station.
When you use /say it comes up with:
[@] You need power to use the radio station.
Using /say sometimes glitches when using the §, and its easier.

i put this map in the saves file but the world wont show up in minecraft

i found out why its cause i was in 1.8.9 instead of 1.7.10
