passed extreme facility but still can't pass emerald facility )stuck at stage 9 ;/

Hi, i've downloaded the Map but the preasure plates didn't work, the game can't start!
So many great memories. This map means so much to me. Every couple years I download and play it again. Thanks for everything.
Re-played it about 4 times now and keep working on Burning Inferno please!
Couldn't find anything wrong about it, but sometimes the command blocks delay.
Possibly a redstone delay or something.
I give it a 19.5/20
