@ xyzRx i'm not sure but i think it's only a problem of chunk loading...you have to wait the world to load
I love this mod! It is awesome and doesnt lag my computer like the old GLSL shader from sonic ethers. However, I have a curiosity; does this mod add any lighting to the game like the one from sonic ethers? I can see that I have the blur effect as well as all plants being wavy, but thats about it. If someone can, please reply to this.
I'm not sure what the GLSL version is being used here. Wether its OpenGL 3.2 or 3.3 or heck he could be using 4.2 for all we know. On top of this, the shaders have their own version, like 2.0... ok.. with this said.. some MAC OSX versions DO NOT support certain versions of OpenGL / GLSL.
What this chart shows is that, if there are ANY functions that are higher then 3.2, that are being used here, then your MAC does NOT support this shader. It means, get a PC. My computer supports OpenGL 4.2 + and GLSL 4.0 +. Welcome to the future guys. MAC is behind the times. WHY ? Because of licensing. Read up about it and why most PC users wont use a MAC for games.

There is a RUMOR I heard that the latest OSX version MIGHT support OpenGL 4.0 and GLSL 3.0. But I can't find this info anywhere.
UPDATED : Here is the offical MAC ( Apple ) developer website's info.. they do NOT support OpenGL versions above 3.2. And GLSL is still 1.5.

i got a mac, with OS X Lion, and the mod WORKS PERFECTLY except a little thing, I had to deactivate the water shader, but may be it's only for me, so go and install it properly! if you can log in but you can't see anything (entered in the world but black screen) then go in minecraft.jar>shaders>final.fsh and put // before "#define WATER_SHADER", it worked for me, and now i have the mod working on my mac, running at 50 fps.
can some one help when ever i log into a map or online server my screen is black. can i get help plz?

I started right from vanilla minecraft, there has not been meddled with but deleting META-INF, however there is absolutely nothing changed! Only optifine works, but nothing else. I have no other features installed than those 2.By the way, all of a sudden I have some blurring effect on the edges of my screen. How can I turn it off? It's hell annoying.

You can remove depth-of-field blur effect by replacing your minecraft.jar\shaders\final.fsh with Shaders\mods\shaders\alternative shaders\motion-sickness from installation package.
Working rather well...good job man. Thanks so much for taking up the charge of updating this! I would like to ask if there is a possibility of fixing the following bugs:
1: when installed with optifine, the entirety of terrain_s.png is rendered in full on each block instead of just the block texture.
2: when installed with mcpatcher (no optifine) all textures underwater are lit and show their specular reflections. (this has been a long running issue)
anyway...here are some screens of my pack running SEUSS on the Imperial City map. (no optifine)

Also, pressing F1 causes the top portion of the sky to go white. Completely white. TERRIBLE for taking screenshots! FUC.KING TERRIBLE!

But also, the lighting with shadows doesnt display. The shader mod did do nothing while it was installed according to the instructions.
