I am here to report a bug though its probably more accurate to say design flaw. You cannot make blank skins. Please fix this as soon as it is possible. Also, if you retire this program completely, (please don't!) give us a version history instead so we can go back a version to before this bug made its appearance.

Well, even though some people are still using this. Guess i'm dead.

I created this program because I have too many skins I tried four or five different skin editing programs. They all have very different sets of features or are extremely outdated.
